RiverRun Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Quote Validity
   All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice after the expiration date.
2. Payment Terms
   Payment is due in full prior to delivery of services or rental commencement unless credit terms have been approved in writing. Returned checks and failed electronic payments may be subject to additional fees.
3. Reservation Deposits
   Reservations may require a deposit. Deposits are applied toward the total rental amount and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined herein.
4. Cancellation Policy
   Customer cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund of deposits paid. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled rental date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Damage Responsibility
   Customer accepts responsibility for any damage, loss, theft, misuse, grounding, collision, towing, recovery, excessive cleaning, or repair costs incurred during the rental period, except where prohibited by law.
6. Fuel Policy
   Rentals are provided with a full tank of fuel unless otherwise noted. Fuel charges may be assessed upon return if equipment is not returned with the agreed fuel level.
7. Late Returns
   Late returns may be charged at the applicable hourly or daily rental rate. Failure to return equipment as scheduled may result in additional fees and recovery costs.
8. Weather Policy
   RiverRun Rentals reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel rentals due to unsafe weather, water, or operating conditions. In such cases, customers may be offered a rescheduled reservation or refund at RiverRun Rentals' discretion.
9. Assumption of Risk
   Recreational watercraft activities involve inherent risks, including injury, property damage, and death. Customer acknowledges these risks and agrees to execute all required waivers and rental agreements prior to operation.
10. Compliance with Laws
    Customer agrees to comply with all federal, state, local, and waterway regulations, including boating safety requirements and operator age restrictions.
11. Indemnification
    Customer agrees to indemnify and hold RiverRun Rentals, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the customer's use of rented equipment.
12. Limitation of Liability
    RiverRun Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any rental, reservation, or use of equipment.
13. Governing Law
    All transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue exclusively located in La Paz County, Arizona.
14. Entire Agreement
    The customer's acceptance of this sales order, reservation, or rental agreement constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
